Shipping Coverage & Free Shipping

AQUOS HASWING offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Locations

Orders ship from our warehouses in California (CA) or New Jersey (NJ). When your ordered items are available at both locations, we prioritize shipping from the warehouse closer to your delivery address. Otherwise, orders ship from the location with available inventory.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated to take 2–8 days after shipment. This estimate does not include order processing time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also check your shipment status through your order status page.

Please ensure your email address is correct so you can receive shipping updates.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

You may cancel your order using the self-service cancellation option within 15 minutes of placing it.

After 15 minutes, please contact us at sales@aquospro.com to request cancellation. Cancellation is subject to confirmation that your order has not already shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order or change its shipping address once it has shipped.

Shipping Issues

If your shipment is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@aquospro.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
