What is needed?

• The registration link or code from the invitation email sent after delivery
• The motor's serial number, located on the nameplate on the motor
• A photo of proof of purchase, if available

How it works

1. Open the invitation. Follow the link in the registration email, or enter the registration code on the sign-in page.
2. Sign in securely. Verify with a one-time code sent to the email address — there's no password to remember.
3. Enter the serial number. Add the serial number from the motor's nameplate.
4. Done. The product now appears in the account, where a warranty claim or return can be started at any time.
